About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Leading business activities in a defined region and meeting NB and sales
targets.
- Managing the full sales cycle - from opportunity identification to contract
signing.
- Creating a significant pipeline and leading complex deals.
- Building and leveraging collaborations with partners, integrators and platform
manufacturers as part of deal execution.
- Establishing and building business infrastructure in the region - market
mapping, positioning, and deepening strategic relationships.
- Direct influence on product adaptation to operational needs and shaping the
business-technological roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in business development / sales roles in the
defense market - MUST.
- Proven experience in leading deals with defense end users, partners,
integrators and platform manufacturers.
- Deep understanding of the defence industry, procurement processes,
regulations and export control .
- Experience in leading responses to tenders, commercial proposals, and
negotiations at senior levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.

the ability to open doors at the most senior levels and lead complex deals through to
closure.
