About the Role
Lead the engineering definition, electronics and hardware development, and system
architecture of the company’s systems, bridging between different development
domains and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and performance
goals.
This role requires a broad system-level perspective alongside hands-on engineering
involvement. It is suited for an experienced candidate who can work across
disciplines and lead complex engineering processes in a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
· Development of the company’s electronic components
· Lead the development of the company’s systems
· Define system requirements and architecture for the company’s systems
· Lead engineering decisions and perform trade-offs between different disciplines
· Hands-on engineering involvement with development teams and support
implementation of engineering solutions
· Coordinate and integrate between electronics, software, mechanics, and algorithm
teams
· Technical management of system subcontractors
· Write requirements and architecture documents
· Write test and validation plans
· Support integration processes and system testing
· Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks
· Solve complex system issues throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in system engineering for complex systems –
(mandatory)
Practical engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – (mandatory)
Over 5 years of experience in designing and editing electronic boards –
significant advantage
Experience working with multidisciplinary systems including electronics,
software, mechanics, and optics – significant advantage
Experience in defense projects / systems for harsh environmental conditions –
significant advantage
Ability to define and write system requirements and architecture
Experience with integration processes and system testing
Ability to work in a multi-interface environment
Very high level of English proficiency
